Guarantee

 

 All boiler spares are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please note that non-faulty components, if fitted, are strictly non-returnable for reasons of safety or possible damage. This does not affect your statutory rights. New gas safety regualtions require the fitting of any gas carrying part, or one that disturbs the gas supply, to be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

All other products are guaranteed for a period of between 1 and 10 years from the date of purchase depending on the manufacturer. Exceptions to one year will be indicated on your purchase invoice. Please keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required in the unlikely event of a gaurantee claim. Any product with a 'gold' finish (reference to colour and not content) is subject to a one year manufacturers guarantee and will be subject to inspection by the manufacturer for correct cleaning. Gold colour plating is not covered if incorrect cleaning or cleaning products have been used.

 The Seller will entirely as its option, replace or repair at its own expense defects in goods arising from faulty workmanship provided that the Buyer shall have given written notice to the Seller as soon as reasonably practicable. The Sellers liability in respect of defects shall be restricted to the repair or replacement of the said goods. Where damage or loss occurs to the goods in transit, the seller shall repair or replace (at its discretion) said goods provided notification is made in writing within seven days of notification of despatch of goods. All notifications must placed in writing to the Seller.
